Before You Start

Be ready to applywhat families should have ready

Choose the right division
Use the contestant’s age on pageant day (8/8/2026) to select the correct category before you begin.

Have your contestant photo ready
A clean upload works best and keeps the application process moving quickly.

Gather contestant details
Have date of birth, address, T-shirt size, and the best family contact phone and email on hand.

Have medical info ready
You’ll need your physician’s name and phone number, plus your health insurance provider and ID number.

Read the Rules, Waiver, and Media Release
Three short agreement documents you’ll confirm during the application. Review them ahead of time so you can move through quickly.

Review fee and guidelines
Know the registration rate and basic expectations before you submit.

Register before your age group fills
Each age group has a cap. Once a group is marked FULL, registration closes for that division. Apply early to secure your spot.

Plan for 15–20 minutes
The full application takes about 15 to 20 minutes from start to submission. You can save your progress and return any time.

Know the fee deadline
Early registration is $65. After the deadline it is $85. The correct fee is applied automatically at the payment step.
