Experience an evening dedicated to automotive artistry. From legacy classics to modern performance builds, every vehicle tells a story. Join us for judging, awards, and our signature festival atmosphere.
What to bring
- Vehicle title or current registration
- Valid driver’s license
- Signed event waiver, sign yours if not already on file
- Optional: show banner, class card, or build-spec sheet
- Water and a lawn chair, you’ll be on the field a few hours
- A clean ride, judging starts promptly at 6:00 PM
Show day schedule

4:30 PMCheck-in opens. Registered vehicles enter the Designated Car Show Area off of Plymouth Street.

5:30 PMCheck-in closes. All vehicles should be on the field.

6:00 PMShow opens. Judging begins and Community Choice voting opens at the info booth.

7:30 PMWalk the field. Ballots due at the info booth by 7:30 PM.

Step inside the winner. A trophy for the cleanest, most detailed, and best-appointed cabin at the show.
Best Engine Bay
Pop the hood and shine. A trophy for the most detailed, polished, and impressive engine bay on display.
Judges Choice
A favorite of our judging team. A trophy for the standout build that caught the judges’ eye above the rest.
Kids Choice
Picked by our youngest fans. A trophy for the vehicle the kids love most, voted on by the little gearheads.
Trucks Winner
The cleanest factory hauler or workhorse on the field. A trophy for the best entry in the Trucks class.
Bikes Winner
The top showpiece or custom motorbike on two wheels. A trophy for the best build in the Bikes class.
Community Choice
The crowd favorite, voted on by everyone who walks the field. A trophy for the vehicle the public loves most.
Show guidelines

Display Duration
To maintain show integrity for all guests, all registered vehicles must remain on the field until the 8:00 PM festival conclusion.

Liability & Safety
A signed liability waiver is required for all entrants. Vehicles must be parked safely as directed by show staff and volunteers.

Environmental Care
Protect the venue by using drip pans for any leaking fluids. Entrants are responsible for keeping their display area free of debris.

Categorization
Vehicles must compete in the most appropriate class. Class placement is finalized at registration and cannot be modified after judging begins.

Strict Conduct
Burnouts, excessive revving, or unsafe driving will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the festival grounds.

Scoring Transparency
Official judging begins at 6:00 PM. Results are final and based on a standardized 100-point inspection system.

Frequently asked questions
Can I register the day of the show?
Yes, in-person registration begins at 4:30 PM the day of the show, Friday, August 21, 2026. Pre-register online by August 15 to guarantee your spot.
How much is entry?
Entry is a flat $20 per vehicle for every class, cars and bikes alike. Each vehicle needs its own registration and entry fee.
Are there any perks for registering?
The first 50 registered vehicles to arrive on the field receive a custom commemorative dash plaque.
Can I bring more than one vehicle?
Absolutely, each vehicle requires its own registration and entry fee. Submit a separate form per vehicle.
What if it rains?
The show goes on rain or shine. In severe weather we may shorten the judging window, but entries are unaffected.
Can spectators vote?
Yes, the Community Choice Award is decided entirely by spectator votes. Ballots are due at the info booth by 7:30 PM.
Where do I park to drop off my vehicle?
Enter off of Plymouth Street to the designated car show area.
Are trailers allowed?
Yes, but trailers must be parked in the designated trailer lot after unloading on site.
