Experience an evening dedicated to automotive artistry. From legacy classics to modern performance builds, every vehicle tells a story. Join us at the West Parking Lot for judging, awards, and our signature festival atmosphere.

Judged on cleanliness, performance upgrades, and overall detailing of the engine bay and mechanical components.

Exceptional craftsmanship in upholstery and dash layout. We look for pristine restorations and creative custom cabin work.

Judge's Pick

An entry that stood out to our judging panel for unique character, rare options, or exceptional historical significance.

Best Under-Carriage

For the obsessive detailers who maintain a clean machine from top to bottom, including frame, suspension, and exhaust.

Rules & Judging

Show guidelines

  1. Display Duration

    To maintain show integrity for all guests, all registered vehicles must remain on the field until the 9:00 PM festival conclusion.

  2. Liability & Safety

    A signed liability waiver is required for all entrants. Vehicles must be parked safely as directed by show staff and volunteers.

  3. Environmental Care

    Protect the venue by using drip pans for any leaking fluids. Entrants are responsible for keeping their display area free of debris.

  4. Categorization

    Vehicles must compete in the most appropriate class. Class placement is finalized at registration and cannot be modified after judging begins.

  5. Strict Conduct

    Burnouts, excessive revving, or unsafe driving will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the festival grounds.

  6. Scoring Transparency

    Official judging begins at 6:00 PM. Results are final and based on a standardized 100-point inspection system.

Our certified judging panel evaluates every entry based on a 100-point system. Scores focus on the harmony of preservation and performance across five key disciplines.

Exterior Condition 25%

Paint quality, body alignment, glass, and chrome finish.

Interior Detail 20%

Upholstery, dash, door panels, and cleanliness of the cabin.

Engine & Bay 25%

Orderliness, detailing of components, and engine cleanliness.

Authenticity / Quality 15%

Period correctness or high-caliber custom fabrication.

Overall Presentation 15%

Cleanliness of wheels/tires and the general 'show' presence.

Frequently asked questions

Can I register the day of the show?

Yes, in-person registration begins at 5:00 PM the day of the show, Friday, August 21, 2026. Pre-register online by July 31 to guarantee a spot and eligibility for the free T-shirt.

What are the early registration perks?

The first 40 early registrations (before July 31, 2026) receive a free show T-shirt. Additionally, the first 50 registered vehicles receive a commemorative dash plaque.

Can I bring more than one vehicle?

Absolutely, each vehicle requires its own registration and entry fee. Submit a separate form per vehicle.

What if it rains?

The show goes on rain or shine. In severe weather we may shorten the judging window, but entries are unaffected.

Can spectators vote?

Yes, the Community Choice Award is decided entirely by spectator votes. Ballots are at the info booth by 8:15 PM.

Where do I park to drop off my vehicle?

Enter the west lot from Plymouth Street between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. Volunteers will guide you.

Are trailers allowed?

Yes, but trailers must be parked in the designated trailer lot after unloading on site.
