General 6 questions

Yes. Admission to the festival is completely free. Individual food vendors, the pageant, and some games charge their own fees.
Friendly leashed dogs are welcome. Please clean up after your pet. Service animals are always permitted everywhere on festival grounds.
The festival runs rain or shine. Outdoor stages may delay or relocate performances in severe weather, but the festival itself does not cancel. Check the Schedule page or our Facebook for real-time updates during the weekend.
Yes. An ATM is located next to the main office. Many vendors also accept cards and mobile pay, but cash is still the fastest at peak hours.
Parking & Getting Here 3 questions
Free parking is available in the lot across from the festival and in the designated Lexington Community Park parking lots.
Yes. Accessible parking is located on the grounds off of Plymouth Street.
From I-71, take exit 169 toward Lexington and follow festival signage. GPS to "Lexington Community Park, Lexington, OH." Expect heavier traffic Saturday afternoon and Sunday around the parade.
Food & Vendors 4 questions
A dozen-plus food vendors serve classic festival fare alongside blueberry-themed treats: fresh blueberries, blueberry pie, blueberry ice cream, and more.
Visit our Register page to apply for a food or merchandise vendor booth. All applications are reviewed by the festival committee.
Outside snacks and water bottles are welcome. We ask that you support our food vendors when you can. They're local businesses, and your purchases keep the festival free.
No alcohol is sold or allowed on park grounds.
Entertainment 3 questions
The festival features local and regional acts on the Brightspeed Stage all weekend. The full lineup is announced each spring. See our Entertainment page for this year's performers, set times, and bios.
Yes. The Kids Zone has laser tag, entertainment, train rides, and family-friendly events all festival long.
Fireworks light up the sky Saturday night, typically around 10:00 PM. The best viewing is from anywhere in Lexington Community Park. There is no bad seat. See our Fireworks page for details and viewing tips.
Pageant 3 questions
The pageant crowns queens across multiple age divisions. Contestants apply in advance and compete in interview and appearance categories. Visit our Pageant page for the full details and this year's application.
Yes. The pageant is held in August 2026 at Heartland Church. Admission is $3 per individual or $10 per family. Tickets are sold at the door.

Volunteering 2 questions
We rely on all of our volunteers! Help with setup, info booths, parking, and more. Visit our Volunteer page to sign up. Volunteers get a free t-shirt and meals during their shift.
Volunteers age 16+ are welcome solo. Younger helpers need a parent or guardian alongside them.

Yes. Accessible restrooms are located throughout the festival grounds. Private adult changing stations are available in the main office.
Yes. The main office serves as a quiet sensory-friendly space for visitors who need a break from crowds or sound.
Safety & Logistics 4 questions
Health paramedics are available on festival grounds. In an emergency, come to the main office.
Come to the main office. Staff will help reunite families and can put out a courtesy announcement. We recommend agreeing on a meeting spot with kids when you arrive.
Lost and found is at the main office during festival hours. Items not claimed by Sunday evening are held for 30 days. Call or email after the festival to inquire.
Portable restrooms are located throughout the festival at all major areas, including accessible portable units, and are marked on the festival map.
