Application fee is non-refundable.
Payment does not guarantee final approval, location, or space assignment.
Booths are 10x10. Additional space is purchased as adjoining full booths — no half booths.
Electric is limited to 15 spots, first-come, first-served, at $30 per booth.
Tables ($20 each) and chairs ($5 each) are optional rentals while supplies last.
All signage, equipment, canopies, tables, and furnishings must fit within the purchased space.
Setup, teardown, and vehicle access follow the times and instructions provided by the festival committee.
Vendors are responsible for their own area and must leave it clean at the end of the festival.

Waiver of Liability

Review the official waiver form, then complete the digital waiver signature below. The signer must be at least 18 years old and authorized to sign for the listed business or organization.

Official WaiverBy signing below, I confirm that I am over 18 years of age, legally competent, and authorized to sign for myself and/or my organization. As a vendor, volunteer, or participant in the Lexington Blueberry Festival of Ohio, I agree to follow all Festival rules, regulations, contract requirements, posted instructions, signed agreements, and verbal directions. I understand the Festival may be photographed and/or videotaped, and I consent to the use of my likeness, image, and/or appearance for Lexington Blueberry Festival promotional purposes in perpetuity.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Lexington, Ohio; the Lexington Blueberry Festival of Ohio; and their directors, members, agents, employees, representatives, and assigns from any liability, negligence claim, loss, cost, demand, fine, debt, judgment, or legal expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from my participation or the participation of my organization, members, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, performers, or customers. I understand no promises or guarantees have been made regarding the condition, safety, or suitability of any Festival location, space, or equipment; I accept use of them at my own risk; I agree that venue for any dispute shall be Richland County, Ohio; and I sign this waiver freely and voluntarily.

Festival sponsors may have the booth fee waived. If that applies to you, choose Waive payment at the end of the form to submit at no charge.

Fee waiver, what to expectSelecting this option submits your application for committee review at no charge. Fee waivers are reserved for festival sponsors and Lexington based non profit organizations. Your application will be reviewed, and you will receive an email confirming approval, or if your organization is not eligible, letting you know how to apply with payment instead. There is no penalty for applying; we just want to make sure the waiver is going to the right groups.

About the total above: the number shown reflects what your booth and add-ons would normally cost. When you submit with this option, the amount owed is $0 and no payment will be collected. We keep the breakdown so the committee can see what space you would like reserved if approved.
