Vendors – Business and Arts & Crafts
We wish to invite you and your organization to participate in our annual event. We are looking for organizations that would like to set up a display, promote or sell products, perform a demonstration, or highlight any acceptable activity during our family festival. The goal is to have fun.
Please plan on providing your own tables, chairs, and enclosures, unless requested and paid in full prior to August 1st.
You can complete the electronic forms below or print paper copies and mail them.
We will not provide special lighting – electric will be very limited (ONLY 15 spots – first come, first served).
All vendors must comply with the following:
- Limited space availability
- Festival/committee NOT responsible for any theft or damage
- MUST include a signed liability waiver
- Vendor may leave material set up over night
- Festival committee has final say as to appropriateness of items on display
- Setup is Wednesday from 8:00am – 8:00pm
- MUST abide by above Vendor Rules
Business Vendor
For profit groups that would like to set up a display, promote or sell their services, perform demonstrations, or highlight any acceptable community activity at the festival are encouraged to apply. All outside vendors spots are 10’x10′. Should you need additional space, you must purchase an adjoining booth (no half booths will be sold). All monies paid for Vendor spots, table, chair, and electrical connection are non refundable. Business entries would include both brick and mortar retail locations, as well as direct sales home business ventures (e.g., Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef).
Non-Profit & Arts and Crafts Vendors
Arts and crafts vendors and nonprofit groups that would like to set up a display, promote or sell their services, perform demonstrations, or highlight any acceptable community activity at the festival are encouraged to apply. All vendor spots are 10’x10’. Should you need additional space, you must purchase an adjoining booth (no half booths will be sold). All monies paid for vendor spots, table, chair, and electrical connection are non-refundable. For arts/crafts vendor status the items can be either made by you or handmade by a third party but may not include branded companies; business entries would include both brick and mortar retail locations, as well as direct sales home business ventures (e.g., Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef).

We are not yet accepting vendor applications for the next Blueberry Festival. Please check back closer to the time of the festival.
